IPTV on LG Smart TV

Prerequisites

What You Need

Make sure you have the following before starting the installation.

  • An LG Smart TV with webOS (2017 model or newer) connected to the internet
  • Your IPTV subscription credentials sent via WhatsApp after purchase
  • Your LG TV MAC address (Settings > General > Network > Network Information)
  • Access to the LG Content Store
Step 1

Install IBO Player from LG Content Store

IBO Player is available directly in the LG Content Store.

Press the Home Button

Press the Home button on your LG TV remote control to open the launcher.

Open LG Content Store

Select the LG Content Store icon from the home screen menu.

Search for IBO Player

Use the search bar and type "IBO Player". Look for the official app.

Install IBO Player

Select IBO Player and click "Install". Wait for the installation to complete.

Alternative: Install via USB

If IBO Player is not available in your region's content store, use this method.

Enable Developer Mode

Contact us on WhatsApp for instructions on enabling developer mode on your LG TV.

Download the App File

We will provide you with the IBO Player installation file for LG webOS.

Install via USB

Copy the file to a USB drive, connect it to your TV, and install using the LG TV's file manager.

Launch the App

Once installed, IBO Player will appear in your app list. Open it to proceed with activation.

Enter your credentials to activate IPTV on your LG TV.

Launch IBO Player from the app list on your LG TV home screen.

Go to the settings menu within IBO Player using the gear icon.
