Our Refund Policy
At IPTV Purchase, we strive to provide the best IPTV subscription service possible. We understand that sometimes a service may not meet your expectations, and we want to address that fairly.
7-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a 7-day refund guarantee from the date of your IPTV purchase. If you experience technical issues that we cannot resolve within 7 days of activation, you are eligible for a full refund. This policy applies when:
- The service is not functioning as described due to issues on our end
- We are unable to resolve technical problems after reasonable efforts
- The channel lineup does not match what was advertised
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Issues caused by the customer's internet connection or device
- Change of mind after the service has been activated and is working
- Requests made after the 7-day refund period
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Issues caused by third-party apps or players not provided by us
- If the customer has used more than 10GB of data streaming
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of your IPTV purchase. Provide your account details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be returned using the original payment method. Processing times vary:
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 3-7 business days
- Cryptocurrency: Within 24 hours
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if the service was partially used but experienced issues for a portion of the subscription period. Partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation
You may cancel your IPTV subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period of the current subscription term unless covered by our 7-day refund guarantee.
